Excellence in innovation was recognised with the presentation of the John Borland Award for Innovation to AstraZeneca for work pioneered by Alex Lamacraft into the development and delivery of an automated Process Definition Diagram tool, and for the use of the Britest tools to Isabella Giovinazzo of Biogen,
